These prices are for tourist
accomodation ex taxes and cleaning.
Tourist tax by the
municipality and cleaning by the owner cost an additional € 65,-
One booking is for a midweek
(Monday morning till Friday noon'ish) OR for a weekend (Friday evening till
Sunday evening) One full week is a
combinations of two bookings € 1.170,- (midweek + weekend)
Discounts go up with every
additional booking in the same year. Book more often and get a better price.
Or book ahead: 5 full weeks payed in advance: €
2.500,- all in. (These can be spread over a year according to availablity.)
For longstay other prices and conditions are
available.

All contributions are to cover external costs of keeping and innovation.
The discount chart can be combined with other services, like outdoor activity guiding (lessons skiing, surfing, mountainbiking), wellness and business consultancy (mediamanagement, coaching, etc) which use the same basic price of 650,- per session.
Wellness - Daily access to sauna and spa and massage.
Activity programme - Daily biking guidance MTB routes or hiking unknown secret trails.
Combo programme - Every day a fun variation: one day wellness, one day biking, one day catering or bbq, one day conversational problem solving, one day ... ?
